It has been our dream to have a professional group to show­case the grandeur of the Danza Puertorriquena. Ballet Folk/arico Guamanique has participated in events around the world in over 25 countries in five continents, earrting pro­fessional and international reputation, with the endorsement and support of the Puerto Rico Tourism and the Institute of
Culture. This year Guamanique will perform at La Danza on Friday 11 May, a date which traditionally coincides with the annual May 16th celebration of La Danza in Puerto Rico.
